The Notch Glide Rope Grab is a cam-based lanyard adjuster designed for smooth, precise adjustment of horizontal and vertical work-positioning systems. Developed for professional arborists, the Glide allows intuitive one-handed operation with responsive rope payout and take-up, making it easy to adjust a positioning lanyard or flipline while working in the canopy.

A smooth, non-aggressive clutch minimizes rope wear while providing virtually no sit-back during use. The removable, adjustable cam provides three friction settings, allowing you to optimize the Glide for ropes from 11 to 13 mm in diameter. It is also compatible with 1/2-inch wire-core lanyards, making it a versatile positioning device for both traditional rope lanyards and professional arborist fliplines.

The Glide can be adjusted while under load, and an integrated swivel eye helps prevent the lanyard from twisting as the climber moves and repositions. The ergonomic body and palm rest provide comfortable, intuitive control during repeated adjustments.
