Allegro 8" Centrifugal Standard Blower

The Allegro 8" Centrifugal Standard Blower is a rugged, portable ventilation unit designed for confined-space entry, industrial maintenance, utilities, public works, construction, and other applications requiring positive ventilation or fume extraction. Its compact centrifugal design delivers strong airflow while providing the durability needed for demanding field environments.

Two 8-inch ports allow the blower to be configured for supplying fresh air or extracting fumes and contaminated air. The 1/3 hp electric motor delivers up to 1,066 CFM of free-air flow. When used with 15 feet of compatible 8-inch ducting, airflow is rated at 839 CFM with one 90-degree bend and 745 CFM with two 90-degree bends. Air delivery is CEESI certified.

The blower features a safety-orange polyethylene housing with an integrated carrying handle, powder-coated steel components, protective steel grille, and a steel base with four rubber feet for stability. The cage-enclosed motor provides additional protection in demanding work environments, while the guarded on/off switch allows straightforward field operation.

The 115V AC blower can also be operated from an appropriately sized portable generator, making it suitable for remote jobsites and emergency operations where fixed electrical service may not be available. Compatible Allegro ducting is available separately for building a complete confined-space ventilation system.
