3M Protecta PRO-STOP Shock-Absorbing Lanyard – 6 ft., Single Leg

The 3M Protecta PRO-STOP 1340220 is a 6 ft. single-leg shock-absorbing lanyard designed for personal fall-arrest applications. Its lightweight tubular construction integrates the energy absorber directly into the lanyard, reducing bulk while providing dependable fall protection for workers at height. 3M specifically identifies this model as single-leg, despite the ORS title and image suggesting two legs.

The lanyard is constructed from abrasion-resistant tubular polyester webbing with an integral energy absorber designed to deploy during a fall and reduce arresting forces imposed on the worker. Self-locking steel snap hooks are provided at both ends for connection to the harness and approved anchorage point. An integrated impact indicator assists with inspection by providing a visual indication when the lanyard has been subjected to a fall event.
